I am a professionally trained chef and a food researcher who looks for opportunities to use my culinary skills and knowledge in food systems to create better experiences for both, consumers and creators of food.
I am also the co-creator of Edible Issues a collective that focuses on fostering thought and conversation on the Indian Food System.
Collective opportunities have allowed me to travelled widely and work with food historians, chefs, scientists and artists. And experiences of being a recipient of the young chefs grant at the Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery, a MAD grant recipient (Copenhagen) and one of the fifteen researchers selected globally for the Food Innovation Program at the Future Food Institute has helped shape and build my outlook towards food and the food system.
